Special flame retardant for polyethylene film FR-2350
Product description: FR-2350 contains bromine aromatic flame retardants. It is used to improve the flame retardant property of various thermoplastic resin products. The masterbatch contains no polybrominated diphenyl ether flame retardants.
Application：Flame retardant FR-2350 is used to improve the flame retardant characteristic of polyolefin resin products, especially suitable for PE foaming and cross-linked PE foaming.

Proportion of additions：
The proportion of additions for different applications is as follows:
The additive amount of 3.5-4.5% is suitable for LDPE film (200m thickness) to meet the requirements of DIN 4102 B2 flame-retardant rating.
The additive amount of 4-6% is suitable for non-crosslinked PE foaming applications to meet the flame retardant requirements such as UL-94HBF, HBF-1(ASTM D 4986 or ISO 9772).
The additive amount of 10-20% is suitable for cross-linked PE foaming applications to meet the flame retardant requirements of UL-94HBF, HBF-1(ASTM D 4986 or ISO 9772), etc.
The exact proportion should be determined according to the selection of resin type, actual production conditions and application requirements of the final product.
Note：The product has good heat stability, up to 250℃ processing temperature.When the equipment has completed a production cycle or stopped production, it is recommended to clean the equipment immediately.
Packing and storage:25 kg /bag, using kraft bags with PE inner. Handle with care, keep airtight and dry.
