Product Description:
It is a halogen-free flame retardant based on organic phosphinates. The full name is Aluminum Diethyl Phosphinate. This flame retardant is a kind of white powder or masterbatch, an organic phosphonic acid salt. It is not hydrolyzed, not precipitated, has good self-extinguishing properties into carbon.
Application:
It is suited as flame retardant for thermoplastics and thermosets. It has high phosphorus content, good thermal stability and excellent flame retardant efficiency.
As a flame retardant, it can be used separately, also can be used together with other flame retardants. Both two different applications have good effects.

Recommended amount of use:
In 30% glass fiber reinforced PBT/PA6, adding 18% (by weight), it can reach UL94 V-0(0.8, 1.6mm). The difference in formula and processing may lead to the difference in the addition of the flame retardant.
Packing and storage:
25 kg /bag, using kraft bags with PE inner. Handle with care, keep airtight and dry.
