MCA-200 is white master batch without carrier. It has the characteristics of environmental protection, no dust, good dispersion and excellent flame retardant performance during using. It can be widely used in rubber, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene resin, PET, PBT, PA66, PA6, especially for PA6 and PA66 without filler.  After its flame retardant products, flame retardant performance can reach UL94V-0 grade (960℃,1.6㎜).

MC60-A is especially suitable for flame retardant nylon, PET, PBT spinning, etc. MC60-C is especially suitable for flame retardant grade V-0 nylon which is glass fiber reinforced .

As a halogen-free flame retardant, MC series is suitable for PA6, PA66, PET, TPE, EVA, PE, silicone rubber, epoxy resin and rubber products. It has low application cost, excellent electrical and mechanical and good pigmenting properties.

MC60 has special crystalline morphology and excellent dispersion performance. They are suitable
for PA6, PA66, PBT, PET, TPU, TPE, EVA, PE, silicone rubber, epoxy resin and rubber products.
