Product Description:Flame retardant AP1040 is a new halogen-free flame retardant based on organic nitrogen and phosphorus. AP1040 is especially suitable for asphalt. The flame retardant is a white powder, has moisture-proof and low water absorption. It has excellent dispersion performance and good compatibility with asphalt.
Application：It is suitable for flame retardant of asphalt in many fields, such as building linoleum and tunnel. It not only has the advantages of high phosphorous content, large nitrogen content, good thermal stability, low water solubility, and long-lasting flame retardant performance, but also improves the limiting oxygen index of flame retardant asphalt and significantly increases the ductility through modification. The high temperature stability and water stability of flame-retardant asphalt are improved under the condition that the maintenance road performance changes little.
Usage：Flame retardant asphalt is prepared by high-speed shearing method. The specific operation method is to heat the asphalt to 140-150 ℃ and add AP1040 to the asphalt in proportion. Under the condition of high-speed shearing, the flame retardant asphalt is prepared by shearing for 10 min at the speed of 5,000 r/min.
Packing and storage:25 kg /bag, using kraft bags with PE inner. Handle with care, keep airtight and dry.
